a) Complete responsibility for the manufacturing output of 2 plants (Both in Thane). Will be reported to by Production & QC Engineers.
b) Setting up production plans on a quarterly, monthly, and daily basis in tandem with requirement priorities as agreed upon with the management. Driving the production from start to end to achieve the set targets and ensuring that the output meets the quality standards as required by clients.
c) Being the driving force in the improvisation of manufacturing and quality practices which should be evident to one and all.
