Back office - Data Entry.
Required to update /upload data (reports ), received from the surveyor on the website/company’s software.
Daily reports are to be generated and sent to customers.
Further to the mail received from the customer for survey /inspection – the Executive is required to convey the instructions appropriately to the respective depot Surveyor.
He will liaise with the customer and the surveyor & ensure timely submission of reports.
Ensure smooth workflow and maintain the TAT.
Update the management /Customer on a daily basis for submission of the required reports.
