•Planning for & achieving monthly revenue target for the center
•Ensure cost-optimization across all activities for all fixed, variable & consumables costs
•Ensure Smooth running of Center with 100% adherence to Operational / Marketing & Admin SOPs
•Ensure Complete Satisfaction for Client in all client related activities from Clients’ Entry to Exit from center
•Handle any client grievance to 100% satisfaction level of the complaining client
•Walk-In to Actual Sales Conversion % to be increased
•Ensure 100% adherence to Client-Doctor Appointment schedules & billing
•Motivating & Monitoring the team for high performance & discipline
•Building the right culture at center level for better client experience
•Work with Marketing team for better Lead Generation, Offers Implementations, Marketing Collaterals
•Collecting & publishing of Client testimonials at center for Brand building
•Share client inputs with marketing & management for improvements & new product/ service ideas
•Regular discussions with prospective, new & repeat clients to understand their feedback to identify the ways to improve client experience
•Operational coordination between Marketing, Medical Team & Clients to ensure that all client appointment scheduled are adhered to
•Discuss any client grievance with complaining client ASAP & find the root cause of the problem & the best solutions we can offer
•Check all checklists for all operations within the center to confirm that all center operations are running as prescribed in SOPs
•Conduct regular planning meetings (Daily / weekly/ Monthly reviews) to assign tasks to team members & take updates from them on task completions
•Conduct regular performance review meetings
•Handle any challenges / queries faced by team & find solutions for the same in quickest/ smoothest manner
•Monitor the team for Grooming , Attendance & work discipline.
